Crash Test Dummies at Musical Instrument Museum
It’s been more than 30 years since Crash Test Dummies recorded their debut album, The Ghosts That Haunt Me. That album included the hit “Superman’s Song” and won the band a Juno Award for Group of the Year in its native Canada. The group’s success continued with 1993’s “God Shuffled His Feet,” with songs such as “Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm,” “Swimming in Your Ocean,” and “Afternoons and Coffeespoons” becoming hits and fan favorites. The album garnered the band Grammy nominations for Best New Artist, Best Alternative Music Performance, and Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group.
