Lots of wild stuff happening this weekend in Phoenix, so we’re here with a guide to help you make the most of it. 22nd Annual Artlink Juried Exhibition Opening Reception
This exhibit is a premier showcase for emerging and established artists and will present 66 exceptional works selected by an esteemed panel of judges. Café Tacvba at the Orpheum Theatre
Together since 1989 after meeting in college, Grammy winners and Mexico City indie rockers Café Tacvba are rightfully credited as the preeminent band to emerge from the “Rock en Español” movement of the early ’90s. The Mexican quartet has remained one of the biggest acts on the Latin music scene since, inspiring two generations of rockers in their wake.
