Thankfully, The Churchill is mixing things up with the Flannel Ball, where you can bundle up in your coziest flannel and celebrate the onset of 2020 with beer, live music, an art show, food trucks, lawn games and a piñata drop at midnight. 

2. Intergalactic 2020 New Year’s Eve Celebration at The Clarendon Hotel and Spa

Sci-Fi fans can show off their most out-of-this-world outfits for this intergalactic-themed New Year’s Eve block party with a complimentary champagne toast, a DJ, cocktails, dancing and Phoenix food truck favorites like Dang Brother Pizza and Bites Donuts. 

3. Phoenix 2020 New Year’s Eve Bar Crawl

Bar Crawls are a surefire way to get buzzed on a budget, and this top-rated crawl pays for itself in bar admission alone (which can get pretty pricey on New Year’s Eve night). Your ticket will include drink vouchers, appetizers, a champagne toast, food and drink deals, live music, a ball drop viewing and more. Plus, if you’re rounding up a large group of 10 or more, you can arrange for a free shuttle service. 

4. Celebrate 2020 at Casino Arizona

Ticket Price: $50

Casino Arizona is teaming up with The Manic Hispanic for a New Year’s bash featuring live Latin music and five chances to win $20,000. While $50 might seem steep, your ticket includes two drinks and a champagne toast at midnight— complete with a  grab for $2,000 released at the stroke of midnight, meaning you might actually make some money if you move fast enough (or win that coveted $20,000 prize!).

5. Bring in the New Year with Bottle Service

Ticket Price: $25

Being on a budget doesn’t mean you have to forgo bottle service this New Year’s Eve. FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel will transform into FOUND:RE 54 for a night of DJs, dancing, champagne, sequins and selfie stations. Tickets start at just $25, and for $300 your group can enjoy a bottle of house champagne and Tito’s vodka. If you’re looking to go all out, you can get two bottles of Veuve Clicquot champagne, two bottles of Grey Goose vodka and a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne for $1,500— not so bad if you split it amongst your best friends.
